Softball Jumps To No. 2 In Naia Coaches' Top 25 Poll; Highest In Program History
Indiana Wesleyan softball jumped to No. 2 in the first regular-season installment of the NAIA Softball Coaches' Top 25 Poll, announced by the national office on Wednesday. This marks their highest ranking in program history! This extends their active streak in the polls to 33 straight.
"I'm so thankful for what God has been doing through the years of the IWU softball program," said Steve Babinski, Head Softball Coach. "This increased platform is a reminder to me and my staff to lead with the heartbeat, 'As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord' in any and all circumstances."
The Wildcats have gone 8-2 to begin their season with just four more games left before Crossroads League play begins.
IWU continues their time at the Tucson Invitational Games today at 9:00 a.m.
