About 140 of IWU’s Football teammates are volunteering for their community today from City Hall to Washington St. downtown as well as the Village area. They’re cleaning curbs, painting, weeding, and cleaning up loose debris. This is an annual partnership ran by Citywide Maintenance Superintendent James Loftis. He expressed great appreciation for their hard work today and commented on the team’s character. “These young men have some of the best attitudes and work ethic you’ll ever find.” Thanks team, and go Wildcats!
