City Hall Maintenance Position Available
The City of Kokomo is currently seeking an individual for the position of Maintenance at City Hall. This position requires general maintenance and hand tool knowledge, someone who is extremely dependable and trustworthy, and must maintain regular attendance. Work week is Monday-Friday.
The duties & responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Flexible work both indoors and outdoors.
Basic lawn care.
Lift up to 75 pounds.
Performs/assists in preventive maintenance/repairs on mechanical & various machinery and equipment.
Installs and sets up new equipment.
Performs general maintenance/repair tasks on buildings, structures & grounds, including limited labor and custodial tasks.
