Cost of college went down for all students at Summit Salon Academy-Kokomo

Tuition and fees fell 0.3 percent for 2018-19 at Summit Salon Academy-Kokomo, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Indiana students paid $15,350 to attend the private for-profit school in both the 2017-18 and 2018-19 academic years.

Data shows 95 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 51 students received grants or scholarships totaling $202,248 and 69 students took out student loans totaling more than $421,534.

Including all undergraduates (102), 102 students used grants or scholarships totaling $403,161, and 102 students took out $706,109 in federal student loans.
